£2000 Worth Of Property Stolen – St Johns Town Dalry

Police Scotland in investigating a break-in at a business in St Johns Town Of Dalry, Castle Douglas over the weekend. 

Sometime between Saturday 10 and Monday 12 June the premises at Grennan Yard in Dalry were broken into. A laptop computer, cans of fuel, two water pumps and hand tools were all stolen in the theft. The value of the stolen property is in excess of £2000.

Constable Courtney Richards at Castle Douglas said, “we are keen to hear from anyone in the village who may have seen or heard anything suspicious over the weekend, and particularly late Saturday night, early Sunday morning.
It is clear that a vehicle must have been involved in this theft and we want to hear from anyone who may have been on the A713 near Dalry to get in touch if they saw anything which might help. Callers should call us at Castle Douglas on the 101 number.”
