Early Bird Yoga Class

An event every week that begins at 7:00am on Tuesday, repeating until 25/06/2019
An early morning class which will get you moving gently and set you up for the rest of the day. Ideal for anyone who finds it difficult to get to an evening yoga class. This is a mixed ability class with complete beginners welcome as well as those with more yoga experience. The class will include yoga movement and poses, breath work and mindfulness.
