An event every week that begins at 5:45pm on Monday, repeating until 29/07/2019
This class is for those with previous yoga experience and/or, a good level of fitness. It is also ideal for people who do sports and are looking to add yoga to their training. The class will include intermediate and advanced movements, but always with modifications, and will be relatively energetic and dynamic. The class is not suitable for those with limited physical ability or serious health conditions – I am happy to direct you to more suitable yoga classes instead. Mats are provided but you can also bring your own.
