About the role
As Assistant Asset Manager you will be the performance leader responsible for a team of 4 cyclical compliance colleagues. Your key day to day responsibility will be championing the successful delivery of an excellent Cyclical Compliance service to Loreburn`s customers, keeping our customers safe, whilst ensuring compliance with the statutory obligations. You will do this by providing focus, support and encouragement to nurture talent and excellence and together you and your team will deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
We are looking for an individual who:-
Can demonstrate at least 3+ years recent experience of Asset Management, preferably in social housing or the private sector
Can provide inspirational leadership to the Cyclical Team
Has up to date working knowledge of cyclical compliance obligations in a Housing Association context
Can work with communities to driving Loreburn’s corporate vision
Has a proven track record of delivering effective professional, customer-focussed services
Ability to motivate the team, work on own initiative, work under pressure and to achieve deadlines
Is a Team player
