    Enhanced Housing – Later Living Development Manager

    We are currently recruiting for Later Living Development Managers to join Loreburn Housing Association at this exciting time – as we move over to our new Later Living Service, delivering an enhanced housing management service.

    Salary: £23,106 – £26,212 pro rata

    We have one 35 hour, 5 days a week post based at Milburn Court, Stranraer.

    We are also recruiting for bank staff to work agile across the East & West of the region across our enhanced housing developments. Loreburn’s Later Living Developments provide accommodation for people aged 55 and over, offering a safe and secure environment with expert help on hand to assist if required. It is an ideal option for individuals who wish to maintain their own independence, while having professional support close by.
    Our Later Living Developments are located throughout the region and aim to keep residents active within their community. We have three conveniently located developments in Dumfries town centre, Nithsdale Mills, JM Barrie House and Gifhorn House; in Annan we have one development called Lady’s Well; and in Stranraer we have Milburn Court which benefits from beautiful views across Loch Ryan.

You will need to deliver an exceptional customer experience, taking ownership and responsibility for the building and its services, ensuring enquiries are resolved at first point of contact and that our customers experience an excellent service that meets their needs and delivers Great Results.
