Stewartry made it three wins in a row when they followed up a 48-0 win against local rivals Annan Warriors followed by a 92-0 win away at Glasgow University. League leaders Garioch were the visitors at Greenlaw on Sunday and were blown away in the first twenty minutes with the Sirens scoring three tries and taking the game to the Highlanders with the first score in seven minutes. Garioch steadied their defence and on the half hour broke free on the right and scored a converted try.

Half Time 15-7 Sirens

Both teams made changes at the break but it only took the Sirens only six minutes to score a fourth try and the bonus point.

A further six minutes and a fifth try followed by the sixth try again on the right in sixtyfive minutes. This brought a discussion between Garioch and the referee of the game finishing as they were beat and did not want to lose many more points in their bid to win the championship. Lisa Ritchie added a penalty right at the end after having been unable to master the wind with the earlier six conversions. The try scorers were C Manson (3) C Johnstone (2) and L Ramsay (1).
