The Peoples Project and Rotary Club of Dumfries Devorgilla are planning on holding a FREE fireworks display at the Whitesands, Dumfries on Sunday the 6th of November 2016 .
Last years display was unfortunately cancelled due to adverse weather conditions but the fireworks went ahead in January at the end of the Big Burns supper Carnival, and thousands of people lined the River Nith at the Whitesands to enjoy them.
The FREE Bonfire Display will be held on Sunday the 6th November at 6pm prompt at the Dumfries Whitesands, and it will be the first time in 4 years that Dumfries has had Public a Bonfire Night celebration.
A spokes person for Rotary Club of Dumfries Devorgilla Told DGWGO ” Although it is FREE to watch the display donations are welcome in support of ‘Cash for Kids and other local causes.”
