Wheatley Group & DGHP Launch 2021 Graduate Recruitment Drive

Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group is searching for up to 10 of Scotland’s brightest university leavers to join its graduate training programme.

Successful candidates will join Wheatley Group’s two-year Ignite scheme and will receive:

  • expert on-the-job training and development
  • opportunities for further study and qualifications
  • mentoring support to help build a successful career in housing
  • excellent salary and package of benefits.

Sophie Hughes, from Dumfries, was a graduate on last year’s programme and she is now based at DGHP.

Graduates will work across Wheatley’s social housing and property-management subsidiaries, including Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP), Glasgow Housing Association, Dunedin Canmore and West Lothian HousingPartnership.
