Lockerbie Lad ‘Zac’ Set To Cycle 500 Miles In One Month For Dementia

14 year old Lockerbie Academy pupil Zack Nicholson has set himself a Cycling Challenge to raise money for Dementia, which he will be carrying out as his daily exercise near home during Lockdown.

Zac told DGWGO “On Monday 13th April, I signed up to “The Alzheimer’s Society” and set myself a challenge to cycling 500 mile in one month, Cycle for Dementia.
Alzheimer’s Society is a charity I feel very passionate about and I know many others feel the same. So to keep active during out current situation I am using my daily exercise to make a bad situation more positive.
I have already taken part in other cycling challenges in the past,  such as the “Cycle to Syracuse” initiative and many “Lockerbie Loops”. I would probably take part in anything to do with cycling.
Here is the link to my justgiving page, Any donation would be greatly appreciated, last thing I would like to say is wish me Luck.”
