We love running prize draw competitions here at DGWGO – they really are popular and we thought we had better put together some general terms.
The following is the small print type stuff that all competition websites generally have, but a simplified view is that we purely act as a community platform for those who would like to offer a prize (third parties) to the DGWGO Community and we always respect an individual’s privacy at all times (we never ever share any details with anyone)
Competition Terms
The promoter of all prize draw competitions is DGWGO Ltd (company no 473466) All actual prizes are managed by a third party. Herein referred to as the “Competition Prize Provider”
DGWGO Ltd will carry out all competition draws (using an online random number generator) and then forward the Competition Prize Provider with the winners email and Full Name. All winners will be then notified by the Competition Prize Provider. All future communication will then be between the prize draw winner and the Competition Prize Provider.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours notification then DGWGO Limited and the Competition Prize Provider reserve the right to deem this as a void draw. Another draw would then take place.
Employees of DGWGO Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter a DGWGO competition.
The closing dates for entry will be clearly laid out on each individual web competition page. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
DGWGO Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of DGWGO Ltd’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
DGWGO Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen using online random number generators
DGWGO Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering any DGWGO promoted competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to DGWGO LImited and not to any other party.
DGWGO Limited, it’s agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives are not responsible for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any competitions promoted by DGWGO Limited.
Winners are responsible for all taxes payable as a result of a prize received or awarded.
