Dumfries based ‘Electric Theatre’ project leaders are looking for residents in Dumfries aged 65 and above to come along and discuss how Dumfries has changed over the last 80 years.
A spokes person for the Theatre group told DGWGO ” Did Dumfries have a golden age? Where were the best spots in the town? Who sold the best pies? Where could you get the best chips? What was it like then and how is it different now? What can we learn about the past?
If you or someone you know might be interested, please do come along and join us at the Dumfries Day Centre from 4pm- 7pm on the 14th, 21st and 28th of November for tea, coffee and cake !”
