26 Official Cases Of Covid-19 In Dumfries & Galloway

The Official number of people that have tested positive for COVID-19 in Dumfries and Galloway has increased to 26 today, March the 24th 2020. There are now 584 positive cases across the whole of Scotland with 16 people now dead.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) was first identified in December 2019.

A total of 9968 Scottish tests have concluded. Of these:

  • 9384 tests were confirmed negative
  • 584 tests were positive
  • 16 patients who tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) have died
