Gretna police are looking for witnesses to a large scale disturbance which happened in Central Avenue in the town around 4.15 pm on Saturday. Reports are of up to 30 youths fighting, and whilst a number have been identified, witnesses are sought in relation to what happened.
At this stage it seems that a number of assaults took place although there are no reports of any serious injuries. Anyone who has any information which might help should call police at Gretna on the 101 number.
