POLICE in Annan are appealing for Witnesses to a disturbance near to RS McColls, High Street, Annan at 9.30 pm on Saturday 8th February.
Police immediately attended however on their arrival there was nothing on-going and no people there.
After some enquiries Police found a 31 year old man that had been involved. He had a minor injury which was a result of being assaulted during the disturbance on High Street, Annan.
