£1,500 Grounds Equipment Stolen From St Michael’s Cricket Club in Dumfries

Police Scotland is appealing for witnesses in their investigation into a break-in to St Michaels Cricket Club on the Kingholm Road in Dumfries.  Sometime overnight Wednesday 14/Thursday 15 June 2017 a wooden shed at the cricket club was broken into  and a Dennis make lawnmower and a scarifier were stolen.  The value of the property is over £1,500.

Constable Fiona Sword at Dumfries said “we are appealing to anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the cricket club late on Wednesday night or early on Thursday morning to get in touch if they saw or heard anything suspicious.  Police can be contacted at Dumfries on the 101 number.”
