Community Conversations: Shaping the Burial Strategy for Dumfries and Galloway

The Dumfries and Galloway Council is seeking the input of the local community to help develop a burial strategy for the region.

Recognizing the sensitivity of the topic, the council invites residents to attend in-person and online sessions to share their thoughts and shape the future of burial services in the area.

This inclusive consultation aims to gather diverse perspectives to ensure the strategy meets the needs and expectations of the community.

Community Conversations: The council has organized a series of discussion and drop-in sessions across various locations in Dumfries and Galloway. These face-to-face sessions will feature presentations and discussions, followed by an opportunity to learn more and complete a survey.

Additionally, online sessions are available for those unable to attend in person. The details of the sessions are as follows:
