POLICE Officers in Dumfries want to trace the following described three males after a house was broken into in Ballater Avenue in Dumfries. Around 6.10pm on Tuesday 6 March three males were seen at the rear of a block of flats in Ballater Avenue in Dumfries. The householder returned home later to find that his bottom floor flat had been broken into, and an X-box and game valued at around £250 had been stolen. The only description of the three males is that they were aged about 20/30 years of age, one of whom was chubby and appeared bald. All three were wearing hooded tops.
Constable Pauline Kirk at Dumfries said “it would still be daylight when this crime happened and we are appealing for anyone in the Ballater Avenue area to call us if they saw these three males, or can help in any way to identify them.
