Police Scotland is now able to name the man who died at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary following a road traffic collision in Glencaple on Sunday 23 October 2016 as 78 year old Robert Kennedy from Norfolk Avenue in Glencaple. The Procurator Fiscal has been informed.
