Police Scotland is seeking witnesses to an incident which happened in the car park at the Tesco store in Annan on Thursday 23 February 2017.
At around 1740 hours the driver of a blue coloured Ford Fusion car failed to stop for police officers near to the entrance/exit area of the Tesco car park and drove off.
The vehicle was seen to head towards Eastriggs, where it was later found parked and unattended in Dunedin Road. The vehicle has been recovered by police.
Constable Lee Barnfather at Annan said “we want to hear from anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the Tesco store at Annan last night and who may have seen this vehicle. We want to identify the driver of the car and the passengers, believed to be three. Anyone who has any information which might help with this investigation is asked to call Annan Police on 101.
