Galloway Mountain Rescue Team were requested by Scottish Ambulance Service to assist extract a casualty from Dalbeattie Forest on Sunday the 16th of July at around 12.15pm.
Eight Team Members of the team were deployed.
A spokesperson for Galloway MRT stated “Once the casualty was located the team packaged the casualty onto their stretcher. Team members then carried the stretcher along trails and tracks to the awaiting Ambulance.
GMRT would like to wish the casualty a speedy recovery.”
