Graveside Ornaments Damaged By Vandals – Kelloholm

POLICE Officers from Sanquhar are appealing for witnesses after two reported vandalisms to a number of graveside ornaments at Kelloholm Cemetery.

The incidents in question occurred between 1545 hours and 1800 hours on 25 October 2021 and between 1400 hours and 1850 hours on 26 October 2021.

A police spokesperson said “If you saw or heard anyone acting suspiciously around that area, have CCTV/dashcam footage, or if you have any information that may assist officers with their enquiries, please phone 101 and quote reference number 3223 of the 25th October 2021. Alternatively ask to speak to any officer at Sanquhar Police Station.”
