POLICE OFFICERS in Stranraer are appealing for witnesses following the robbery of a handbag, from an elderly woman, around 8:40pm on Saturday 23 October 2021, on North Strand Street, Stranraer.
A police spokesperson said “In particular Police would like to hear from a group of men who assisted the female immediately after the incident and who made attempts to chase the person responsible.
Anyone with any information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 3871 of 23 October 2021 or contact Stranraer Police Office.”
