Police Appeal For Information After Sickening Theft Of Flowers From Graves – Whithorn

On two separate occasions between 1st January and 17th January 2020, a wreath and some artificial flowers have been stolen from a grave within the new Cemetery at St. Ninians Priory in Whithorn.

Police are very keen to identify the person(s) responsible for this. This type of crime can cause substantial distress to the victims. Anyone with any information which might assist with our enquiries is asked to contact PC Broadfoot at Newton Stewart Police Station, by telephoning 101 quoting incident number 1223 of 17th January 2020.
