L.J. Jackson of the Masonic Arms in Kirkcudbright participated in the Moonwalk in Edinburgh on Saturday night.
The Moonwalk is the primary charity for sufferers of breast cancer. To help raise sponsorship for L.J., the Six Haill Incorporated Trades of Kirkcudbright donated a luxury drinks hamper.
The draw for the hamper took place on Friday night, the lucky winner being Robert Morrow from the town.
The draw raised £640 and the regular competitors at the pub’s weekly quiz made a donation bringing the total to £700.
