Two men. aged 27 and 30, have been arrested following enquiries into a number of thefts from HGV lorries parked at service stations along the M74.
A police spokesperson stated “Around half past midnight, on Friday, 28 October, 2022, officers arrested two men at Gretna services as part of an investigation into thefts and vandalisms of lorries at Annandale Water and Gretna service station.”
Both men have been charged in connection with theft and are subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
