Valuable Mountain Bike Stolen – Lockerbie

Police officers in Lockerbie are investigating the theft of an expensive bike from a house in Lockerbie.

The theft took place sometime around 2300 hours on Monday 26 June 2017 at a house in Caledonian Place in the town when a Kona Stinky mountain bike was stolen. The value of this bike new is around £2,800 and has shock absorbers and front and rear hydraulic disc brakes.

Constable Lisa Duff at Lockerbie said “the bike was secured at the rear of the house when stolen. This is a fairly rare bike and we are asking anyone who may know anything about this theft to call us at Lockerbie on 101.
