Make The Most of Autumn at Drumlanrig This Mid-Term

Autumn themed Junior Rangers activities are sure to keep youngsters entertained this mid-term at Drumlanrig Castle and Queensbury Estate in Dumfries and Galloway.

Children can forage for leaves and acorns to create beautiful autumnal collages with the Estate’s Rangers on 18 October.

The following week (25 October) kids can make their very own bird feeder using natural and recycled materials.

Claire Oram, Castle Manager at Drumlanrig Castle and Queensbury Estate, said: “Our half-term programme of activities celebrates Autumn and encourages youngsters to use natural materials that can be found on the Estate to build bird feeders and create collages.

“The sessions are set to be a fun-packed way to keep the kids busy during the holidays, so make sure you book your spot now.”

Both Autumn Collages and Autumn Feeding Station take place between 10am and 12pm and cost £2 per child.
