FIONA KIRKPATRICK ZIPS ACROSS THE CLYDE TO RAISE MONEY FOR ALZHEIMERS DUMFRIES

Fiona Kirkpatrick conteacted DGWGO to let us know about how she has been raising funds to thank Alzheimers Dumfries .

Fiona told DGWGO ” My Mum, Betty McGill is a resident at Charnwood Lodge, Annan Road, Dumfries. Mum suffers from Alzheimer’s/Dementia, she is a wee star, an inspiration. From day one she settled in so well, thanks to the amazing staff. This has made it far easier for me as I stay so far away in Peterhead. “

“I recently did the Zipslide across the Clyde on Saturday 18th April along with my cousins son, Rob Kirkpatrick (he was dressed as Spider-Man) for my wee star because I love her to the moon and back. Rob raised over £400 and I’ve managed to raise over £1550 as well. All of the money that I have raised is going to Alzheimers, Dumfries.” Attached are a couple of photographs.
