One Day Old Baby Calf Stolen From Farm – Dumfries

Police Scotland are investigating the theft of a one day old Limousine Bull Calf that was stolen from a field near Lochside Farm Dumfries. The Calf was taken sometime between 8pm on Friday 12th & 6am on Saturday 13th May 2017.

Constable Graeme Bruce said “the field from where this bull calf was taken is fairly isolated and near to Lochfoot village. We want to hear from anyone who may have been on that road and seen anything suspicious on Friday night, early Saturday morning. Once fully grown this animal could have been worth between four to five thousand pounds. Callers can contact Police Scotland on the the 101 number”.
