235 forward: A very mixed offering of mainly dairy x cattle forward with suckler bred cattle meeting plenty of demand.

C & D Auction Marts Ltd held their fortnightly sale. A small show of calfs forward to the usual ring side of buyers. More could have been sold easily. Millar of The Ryes topped the sale 2 x Lim Heifer Calves £450 and 3 x Lim Heifers for £360

Prime cattle met a firm demand with R.Johnstone and Sons Butchers, Annan paying 230p/kg to J.Jardine, Yett for a Lim x heifer.
