A Spokes person stated
“Grant looked at making this an official record but the cost of doing this put him off. He wanted to raise as much money for two charities.
As far as we are aware no one has ever sheared more than 2000 sheep in one go.”
Grant told DGWGO
“Both charities are very close to my heart as I feel they contribute greatly to many families affected. It would not have been possible with out all the people behind the scenes, I thank themn all for all the support, and a huge thank you to everyone that came along to support me, and to everyone that has donated money to my chosen charities.”
