Pupils from Dumfries and Annan Academies recently attended a Rural Skills Day at Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC).
The students, who are studying Environmental Science and Rural Skills, got involved in habitat surveying, river sampling and bushcraft skills during the day at the Barony campus on 18 November.
