Bullocks sold to £1175 for Saler Bullocks from Messrs Weir, Falbae and 215.2ppk again for Salers from the same home and heifers to £1300 for Limousins from Messrs Muir, Broom Park and 269.1ppk again for Limousins from the same home.
61 OTM Cattle sold at a screaming trade for the quality forward averaging 185p. Top was £1930.50 for a Simmental Bull from Messrs Brown, Trowdale with cows to £1779.40 for an Angus Cow from Scroggiehill Farming and 231 ppk for Limousin from Drumbreddan.
Heifers with heifer calves sold to £2220 for British Blue from Messrs Sommervile, Larglea. Breeding cattle sold to £1380 for a Simmental Cow with bull calf at foot from Messrs Wilson, Screel.
488 Blackface ewe hoggs were sold to an average of £151.67. The sale topped at £600 for three hoggs from Messrs Burns, Craignell, selling to Alan Stewart.
Scotch Mule hoggs sold to £175 from Messrs Jamieson, Blacket House and Texels sold to £180 from the same home.

Wallets Marts Castle Douglas Ltd on Tuesday 7th June 2022 had forward 699 prime and cast sheep.
Prime lambs sold to average 323.4SQQ
Spring lambs sold today to £150 for Texels from Mrs S Dale-Sunley, Airds of Balcary and to Messrs Grierson, Dunmuir Road. Top pence per kilo went to 357.7ppk for Texels from Wilson Farming, West Barmoffity.
Hoggs topped today at £143.50 for Texel from Messrs Henderson, Breconside. Top pence per kilo went to 278.6ppk for Texels from Messrs Corrie, Little Park.
206 cast sheep met a flying trade and topped today at £207 for Beltex from Messrs Burgess, Maryfield and rams to £247 for Texel from Messrs Grierson, Dunmuir Road.
