It is with deep regret that due to the deteriorating situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID 19) Wigtown Agricultural Society has taken the decision for public health to cancel the 2020 Wigtown Show.
A Spokesperson for the show stated “With the Government advising against attending large gatherings, social distancing, self isolation and unnecessary travel the Society Directors felt this was the most appropriate and sensible option.
We will be in touch over the next few weeks with anyone or businesses that have booked and paid for this years show.
We thank everyone for their support and hope you all understand our decision.
