This Sunday October 9th, the Dumfries based American Football team .Dumfries Hunters’ will play their first associate game. These games are pre-requisites for the Hunters to become a part of the British American Football Association.
A Spokesperson for the Hunters told DGWGO Sports News ” Being part of the British American Football Association would be huge for the team, and for Dumfries as a whole, as the Hunters would represent our part of the UK on a national stage against Britain’s best.
This all starts on Sunday (October 9th), when we’ll be hosting the Clyde Valley Blackhawks. Kick-off will be at 1:30pm at The David Keswick Athletic Centre. Come along and show your support as your Dumfries Hunters look to continue their winning ways and make it into the big leagues.”
