It’s Six Out of Seven For Sirens With Win Against West of Scotland

Stewartry Sirens made it six wins from seven games when they retained second place over third placed West of Scotland. The Sirens headed to Glasgow on Sunday to play West of Scotland Ladies with Captain Clare Dooley leading the way!

It was the first meeting of the two sides and with both teams sitting joint 2nd in the league it was sure to be a tough contest.

Playing on the unfamiliar 4g pitch the Sirens still managed to bring home the Win!

A bonus point fourth try from Claire Barnes after Hannah Sainsbury, Jade Stewart and Phaedra Snailham had scored saw the Sirens win a hard fought game to keep the Sirens four points ahead in Tennent’s National League One.
