OPEN SHOW JUMPING AT CARTY PORT EQUESTRIAN 27th OCTOBER 2018

Galloway Branch of the Pony Club held an open show jumping day on Saturday 27th October at Carty Port Equestrian, near Newton Stewart.

There was a good turnout of Galloway members and it was lovely to welcome lots of non members coming to join the fun on a chilly but sunny day at the end of the
October holidays.

34 combinations competed in classes from lead rein to 1M. District Commissioner, Wendy Miller-Smith judged with Jane Fisher over a course designed by Anne Jolly with lots of fillers and turns.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to support this event which was a fundraiser for the club with riders, ponies and horses having a lovely
day’s jumping.

Special thanks to the Forsyth family for hosting the event and as always to families and friends who’s help was very much appreciated and made it such a good day for all.
