Keir, Penpont & Tynron Transport Survey Launched

The KPT Development Trust focus on delivering projects for the 3 communities of Keir, Penpont and Tynron in Dumfries and Galloway, the trust has launched a Transport Survey and they are asking people from that area to answer the questions if they can spare a few seconds. 

Senga Greenwood Development Officer told DGWGO “This survey is the start of  larger project to address Transport in the 3 communities. The survey was launched on Friday 19 February and will run through to the end of March.

The Trust has been chosen by DTAS (Development Trust Association Scotland) to be part of a pilot study in relation to community transport solutions. Senga Greenwood, the KPT Development Officer and Maureen Halkett, the Chair, had the first meeting with Naomi, the Development Officer in charge of the study in the first week of March.
