A Listening Ear, D&G Befriending Charity recently invited students from Kirkcowan and Wigtown Primary Schools to participate in a Christmas Card design competition. The response was astounding, with an outpouring of creativity and effort reflected in the numerous submissions.
After careful consideration, two wonderful designs were selected as winners. Shinayde, P7, from Kirkcowan School, and Hannah, P5, from Wigtown School, emerged as the deserving winners. The task of choosing from the high-quality entries proved very challenging, highlighting the exceptional efforts of the pupils.
These winning designs are featured on A Listening Ear’s official Christmas Cards, bringing festive cheer to all recipients.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to Mrs. Andrews, Headteacher, for her dedicated efforts in organising this competition, and to all the children at Kirkcowan and Wigtown Primary Schools for their outstanding work and enthusiastic participation in the competition.
