POLICE PROBE SUSPICIOUS FIRE – SANQUHAR

Police in Sanquhar are investigating a suspicious fire which was discovered burning in the early hours of Tuesday 9 August 2016 at the derelict premises of The Old Castlemains Buildings, Old Mains, Sanquhar.  Fire and Rescue Service attended and extinguished the fire.

Constable Scott Lockhart at Sanquhar said “we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen people in or around this derelict building on Monday night.
