POLICE in Annan are investigating after a man on a yellow bike stole a wallet from a 21 year old man on Springbells Road in the town.
The theft occurred between 10 PM – 10:30 PM on Tuesday 12th February 2019.
The suspect is described as being mid 20s, with mid brown coloured stubble on his face. He was wearing a green parka jacket, blue jeans and blue trainers and cycling a bright yellow bike.
