Surrounded by rolling Scottish countryside in Dumfries and Galloway, Dalswinton Estate is a stunning new Wedding Venue for those looking to add a little bit of rural charm. Only 7 miles north of Dumfries, Dalswinton Estate is renowned for its beautiful gardens and this is where you will find the new Clear Span Wedding Marquee. Situated in the idyllic walled garden of Dalswinton Estate, the marquee looks out over a lake and the countryside beyond. The lake provides a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
If an outdoor ceremony isn’t for you, Dalswinton Estate also has its own “Wee Red Church” on site. This can be hired in addition to the venue, allowing you to keep your big day all in one place.

The Wedding Marquee at Dalswinton Estate gives that little hint of countryside charm whilst still allowing you to wow your day and night guests with a perfect backdrop for all of the stunning lighting and unique accessories we are able to supply.
This is an exclusive use venue on a private country estate, think of it as a blank canvas to work from for you to create your own individual day. Queensberry Event Hire will work with you as an event partner, and will be on hand throughout your planning and on-site on the day of the event to ensure everything runs perfectly
This is no ordinary marquee, it is a luxury, high-end venue! This premium marquee was imported by Queensberry Events especially for Dalswinton Weddings to make the most of the gardens – the marquee has a 3m wall height and 5m between any upright wall beams – meaning panoramic clear walls are higher and wider so no views are compromised making it feel very spacious inside, we haven’t stopped there however; there is a clear gable end of the marquee as standard facing the lake with a covered outdoor reception area (see images on our site).
We can also put as many clear roof sections through the marquee as you like – very Pippa Middleton…
