On 13 June, Castle Square in Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway, will come alive with colour, music, and the unmistakable warmth that makes Pride in the southwest feel so special.
This year, the celebration carries an even deeper purpose. Stranraer Pride is proudly raising funds for two incredible local causes: the Stranraer Cancer Drop In Centre and the Stranraer Cancer Research Shop. Both organisations provide vital support to people and families across Wigtownshire, and Pride is stepping up to give something back.
Expect a day packed with performances, stalls, family friendly fun, and that unique Stranraer energy that turns a town square into a festival of love and solidarity. Whether you’re LGBT+, an ally, or simply someone who believes in community, compassion, and equality, you’re all invited to be part of it.
Mark the date, gather your friends, and get ready to fill Castle Square with joy on 13 June.
Pride is for everyone, and this year, it’s helping make a real difference close to home.
