The free outdoor show will entertain audiences of all ages with a selection of acts from Cirqulation’s performances across the UK, and incredible local performers – Cate Ross, David Steedman and Kiera Manson.

Audiences will also have the opportunity to try their hand at circus skills including juggling, poi spinning, balancing, hula hoops, flower sticks, and plate spinning between the two 45-minute performances at 13:30 and 4.00pm.

There will be children’s play and craft corners and a pop-up café in the Crannog building, as well as face-decorating, food stalls, outdoor games area, and much, much more. The public will have access to the Crannog building toilets, including an accessible facility.

Claudia Wood, Chair of the Dumfries & Galloway Arts Festival states: “We are delighted to be partnering with the Castle Douglas Development Forum to bring an incredible day of Circus activities to Castle Douglas. The programme of events will have something for all the family to enjoy and we are really excited to be able to bring free outdoor events for communities to enjoy to our region.”
