Destination Unknown – Inspired by ‘Enchanted Forest’

As you  may be aware, a group of local young people have created an issue based art installation in a local park, named ‘DESTINATION UNKNOWN’, that is aimed at young people aged 12-18.

It has been inspired by the enchanted forest concept that runs outdoors in Pitlochrie, and the World of Wonka, and issue based theatre production that runs at Youth Beatz.

Due to the high number of enquiries from the public after seeing the park lit up last night, the young people have agreed to add a few extra tours, as all available tours were full.  The extra tours have been added on Friday 1st April, aimed specifically at adults and the general public.  We are asking that each person on the tours, makes a suggested donation of £5 to the youth group.

Tour Slots available:

  • 8pm – 8.45pm (13 places)
  • 9pm – 9.45pm (13 places)
  • 30pm – 10.15pm (10 places)

You should note that although you will see the park environment lit using a range of lights and effects, there are a number of scenes covering issue based topics that will be performed by the young people.  Each tour will last 45 minutes.

Full details of the venue and other arrangements will be emailed once you book your place.

If you would like to book a slot at one of these tours, please email [email protected] by 1pm on Friday 1st April with you name, contact number and preferred tour time.  Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
