First Meeting of the 2022/23 Session for Georgetown SWI
The first meeting of the 2022/23 session of Georgetown Scottish Women’s Institute
will take place on Wednesday 21st September from 2-4 pm at the Dumfries Baptist
Church Centre, Gilbrae Road, Georgetown, Dumfries. The talk will be given by the
Solway Firth Partnership which is a charity working to support, protect and celebrate
the distinctive character, heritage and natural features of our marine and coastal
area.
Georgetown SWI meets at the DBCC on every third Wednesday of the month from
2-4pm for interesting talks, activities, fun and friendship. Refreshments are available
and visitors are always welcome.
