20 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit Proposed For A701 Edinburgh Road (Adjacent To Former Interfloor Factory, Dumfries)

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order will be to make it unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour along the lengths of road detailed in the Schedule to the Order.
2. Details of the proposals, with plan TM/D/01/362), Draft Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 09/07/2021 and 30/07/2021 at:

3. ANY PERSON who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 30 July 2021.
