Police Scotland is now able to name the man who was pronounced dead at the scene of a road traffic collision which happened on the A75 near to the Glenterry junction, Kirkcudbright on Wednesday 17 August 2016 as 76 year old Ian Fraser from North Crescent in Garlieston.
The A75 was closed for 6 hours to allow a crash investigation to be completed. The Procurator Fiscal has been informed.
