Theft of tractor and trailer – Sanquhar
Police Scotland is investigating the theft of a tractor and trailer from a farm which is about 4 miles north of Sanquhar. The theft of the blue coloured New Holland tractor, registered number SF64KUX and yellow coloured Thomson trailer happened sometime between Wednesday 16 and Monday 21 September 2015. They were parked up at the farm when stolen.
Constable Alan Steel at Sanquhar said “this is a very high value theft with the tractor being in the region of £80,000 and the trailer valued at around £5000. We are asking members of the public to contact us if they were on the B740 road north of Sanquhar over the past week to get in touch if they saw the tractor and trailer, or saw anything which may have seemed suspicious.
