Organisers of last weekends highly succesful ‘Ignition’ Festival issued a thank you message today.
They stated “Thank you for helping make Scotland’s first ever IGNITION festival of motoring a major success! It’s safe to say Dumfris and Galloway F1 Racing Star ‘David Coulthard’ and The Red Bull Racing Team, motoring personalities including Mark Webber, Shane Lynch, Gordon Shedden, Jimmy McRae and tame racing driver The Stig seriously brought the noise and lit up the streets of Glasgow!
From drifting to classic cars, packed exhibition halls, new car test drives and the live action zone featuring the Top Gear Stunt Team, there really was something for everyone.
All the team at IGNITION are still running on adrenaline and want to say a huge thanks to the visitors who created an atmosphere around the festival that was one of a kind! ”
Organisers of Ignition also stated they are delighted to let you know that they will be returning next year for more motoring action, as they bring IGNITION 2017 to life!
